I am Marco Bonifaccino, and I am a mechanical engineer. I have spent the past six years managing a small business in my country. I have a wide variety of experience in different international companies, in different functions, and with different positions: Industrial engineer, Lean Manufacturing engineer, and Project Manager engineer. Having been an entrepreneur, creating, and growing my own company day by day prepared me for the next level in my career.
I am building my engineer career by keeping focus on continuous improvement, Kaizen. Designing and building an organization to consistently deliver better results from innovation is a hard, long, and multi-functional journey. It requires innovative leaders to boldly envision, energize, and enable the change while maintaining a relentless focus on results.
In my journey I understand that a company is only as good as the people behind it and every entrepreneur should care about their company culture.
