B Solutions isn’t another consulting firm offering fragmented advice. At B Solutions, we help you actively improve your business from the inside out, for measurable and sustainable results.
We help clients help themselves – a practice we call the B-side of consulting. We are committed to showing you how to make strides from within rather than continually lean on us for solutions.
Wherever you are in the journey, our approach to innovation, results and transformation puts your organization on the path to better performance and bottom-line growth – year after year.
Why B Solutions Consulting
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
Most companies use the “just fix it” approach with consultants on a manufacturing process or business organization problem because they do not believe they have the time or resources to do anything else. A problem may involve both tangible and intangible elements such as staff, processes, systems, states of affair, products, circumstances, business situations, and personal situations. Using effective problem solving methods from the beginning helps to save a great deal of time and money. B Solutions is focused on efficient problem solving methods that do not waste time and resources. The continuous improvement philosophy of kaizen will drive
B Solutions to consistently approach its clients’ businesses with innovation and effectiveness.

- Honesty: We live our values and operate with high integrity in all dealings; we are ethical and transparent about all that we do on behalf of our clients and partners.
About Marco Bonifaccino
I am Marco Bonifaccino, and I am a mechanical engineer. I have spent the past six years managing a small business in my country. I have a wide variety of experience in different international companies, in different functions, and with different positions: Industrial engineer, Lean Manufacturing engineer, and Project Manager engineer. Having been an entrepreneur, creating, and growing my own company day by day prepared me for the next level in my career.
I am building my engineer career by keeping focus on continuous improvement, Kaizen. Designing and building an organization to consistently deliver better results from innovation is a hard, long, and multi-functional journey. It requires innovative leaders to boldly envision, energize, and enable the change while maintaining a relentless focus on results.
In my journey I understand that a company is only as good as the people behind it and every entrepreneur should care about their company culture.
Better mood = Better performance
The culture of a company is the shared values and practices of the employees. Having great culture is no longer just an option. Today’s workers value it as much as they value salary and benefits. In fact, fantastic culture is almost expected along with other traditional benefits. You want happy employees because happiness means more productivity. When a business is more productive, it is working faster; and when it works faster, it can get an advantage over the competition. It’s worth the investment for companies to build and nourish their culture.
Companies such as Google, Southwest Airlines, Adobe and Chevron have become leaders driving a personal culture. While big companies invests millions of dollars a year into offices and culture, it is possible for smaller companies to create a unique company culture as well.
